Distance Selling and Your Right to Cancel

 

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“Cancellation Period”), subject to the terms below.

 

To cancel, please contact us at therainbowyarnshop@outlook.com or via our website, before the end of the Cancellation Period.

Unwanted Items
You may return any product to us within 28 days of receipt, you must notify us of your intention to return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, starting the day after you received your order. The product must be unopened and returned to us in new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items. 

A refund will be issued within 14 days for the cost of the goods and the delivery charge (provided we are notified within the 14 day cooling off period).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, you are entitled to a refund, including the delivery charge, or a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will be able to offer a replacement only. The Rainbow Yarn Shop will cover the cost of returns.
